About Freckles
Freckles the Clown and Friends was founded over 20 years ago by Elaine Bowne. During her time as a professional clown, she’s performed at hundreds of events and attended several seminars across the tri-state area. Elaine has extensive training in children’s entertainment and holds memberships in Clowns of America International, the World Clown Association and the Mid-Atlantic Clown Association. In addition, she’s served two full terms as President of the Delaware Valley Clown Club, Alley #8. Her clowns, party entertainers, princesses and characters are based out of Conshohocken, PA and serve all surrounding counties, including Delaware, Montgomery, Berks, Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia.
